Q: How long will it take to get my cymbal(s)?

 

A: Lead time on most orders is approximately one week to ship once your payment has been received. The products you see on the website are available.

Currently, we ship once a week, typically on Mondays or Fridays. 

 

Q: Do you take deposits or offer alternative payment options?

 

A: While we do not take deposits on orders, we do offer flexible payment methods through KLARNA, STRIPE and PAYPAL services. These options are available at checkout.

Q: What are Kmicic Cymbals made out of?

 

A: The Cymbals you'll find on the website are handcrafted from start to finish using a proprietary blend of stainless steel with an increased content of elements such as Titanium and Ferrite.

The stainless steel Ti117 is referred to as a noble metal alloy. Occasionally, you may come across cymbals made from bronze or other metals on the website. For detailed information, please refer to the product description. 

 

Q: Do you ship to my country?

 

A: Our motto is to make our cymbals available to anyone looking for something unique in terms of the extraordinary tones of B20 bronze or other bronze and brass alloys. That's why we currently offer free worldwide shipping.

 

Q: Can you change or alter any of the cymbals on the website?
